Emails without a subject line related to the AVCA or Animal Chiropractic are not opened. The AVCA does not reply to unsigned correspondence. Please include full contact information, including telephone number and mailing address, in your email close.
Communications Policy:
Routine inquiries and informal matters may be directed to the AVCA Office by phone or email and may be responded to in kind. Communications concerning official business must be submitted on appropriate letterhead by mail, or electronically via email or fax. Responses to official business will be issued by mailed correspondence.
Product and Promotional Inquiry Policy:
The AVCA does not purchase, review, endorse, or distribute products, services, or promotional materials on behalf of outside companies. Organizations wishing to share information with AVCA‑certified doctors may do so through formal exhibiting opportunities at the AVCA Annual Conference. Exhibitors may present materials directly to attendees in a professional setting. Information regarding exhibiting is available from the AVCA Office or the AVCA Conference Website.
