Emails without a subject line pertaining to the AVCA or Animal Chiropractic are not opened. AVCA does not reply to unsigned emails. It is preferred that all contact information, i.e. telephone number and mailing address, be included in email close.
Communications Policy:
Phone calls and emails may be directed to the AVCA Office regarding routine inquiries and informal matters and may be responded to in kind. Communications concerning official business may be received in the AVCA Office through mailed correspondence on appropriate letterhead, or, electronically through email or fax. Official business communication responses from the AVCA will be by mailed correspondence.
